Tai Chi
Tai Chi is known as an internal martial art which can be historically traced back about 300 years ago to Chen village in China. Today Tai Chi is best recognized as the art of slow motion
, moving meditation. However, Tai Chi involves much more than just moving around slowly. Posture, breathing, meditation, and intent, or direction of the mind, are all important aspects in the practice of Tai Chi. The benefits of Tai Chi are well known and every day millions of people across the world practice it as a way to manage stress and to promote their health and well-being.
