Feeling stressed out from work? Need a place to unwind and get away from it all for awhile? Join us for this 30-minute Qigong class and learn simple, but effective ways to manage stress and promote well-being.
12:45 pm - Qigong for Health - The Healing Sanctuary
Qigong is the ancient Chinese art of self-healing that utilizes posture, breathing, meditation, and movement to revitalize the body, mind, and spirit. A gentile yet powerful form of exercise, Qigong can be practiced by individuals who suffer from health conditions that make conventional exercise difficult. Qigong can help improve flexibility, strength, balance, and coordination as well as promote a balanced, natural regeneration of the body.
6 pm - Qigong for Pelvic Pain - The Healing Sanctuary
*Prerequisite: Completion of 10-week Healing Pelvic Pain with Qigong seminar. This class is designed specifically for those who suffer from pelvic pain. Class will continue to build and expand on the practices and principles learned in the Healing Pelvic Pain with Qigong seminar.

Tai Chi is a powerful, low impact way to exercise the whole body and discipline the mind. Tai Chi can help to increase strength, flexibility, and balance as well as reduce chronic pain, high blood pressure, anxiety, and many other stress-related illnesses. Semi private classes include instruction on posture, breathing, body mechanics, meditation, and the Yang Style Long Form.

8 am & 1 pm - Healing Pelvic Pain with Qigong Seminar* - The Healing Sanctuary
This 10-week, semi private seminar is designed to give you the tools necessary to help heal your pelvic pain. Seminar will cover how posture, breathing, nutrition, and emotional patterns play a role in the development of pelvic pain. 10 am - Tai Chi Combat - Invitation Only
This unique approach to training specifically focuses on applying Tai Chi principles to combat. Class size is limited to no more than four people to allow participants more individualized instruction. All applicants are required to be approved by instructor before participation.
